Before you write
These four come up on nearly every first call.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Same working day if you send it before 3pm Eastern, next morning otherwise. A person reads every one of these, which is why it is not instant.
Can I come and see the machines?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The shop on Produce Road is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Call ahead so whatever you want to see is on the floor and not in the paint booth.
I only want one small machine. Are you interested?
Yes. Plenty of our long-term customers started with a $210 carousel. We treat a one machine order the same as a ten machine one, because often it turns into one.
Do you sell the snacks and drinks too?
No, and be careful of anyone who does both. Buying product from your machine supplier usually costs you more than a supermarket run. We will tell you where our customers actually shop.
Come and look at the shop
Bay 7 on Produce Road. You can open the cabinets, press the buttons and watch Rafa rebuild one. Most people who visit buy, and most who visit also change their mind about which machine they wanted.
